Dr. Swain
Dr. Annette Swain is a licensed neuropsychologist specializing in neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessment of neurological, general medical, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
Dr. Swain completed her graduate training and internships at the University of Iowa, Benton Neuropsychology Laboratory at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and UCLA.
For the last 15 years, Dr. Swain has been in private practice and has two offices in Encino and Burbank, CA. Since 2000, she has also served as the chief neuropsychologist at the S+AGE clinic, a specialized geriatric evaluation center, located in Sherman Oaks, CA.

About Our Services
The Los Angeles Center for Neuropsychology Services provides general diagnostic and consultative services on an outpatient basis. There are also a limited number of diagnostic services available on an inpatient basis.
Some of the services provided include neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessments of neurological, general medical, psychiatric, and geriatric patients. There are also other subspecialties in geriatric, adult and adolescent neuropsychology.
Dr. Swain treats seniors, adults and teens and can assist in the diagnosis of various forms of dementia including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, frontal temporal dementias, diffuse Lewy body disease and others.
